Yes. Whilst we can and do offer to secure and purchase domain names for our clients you can use an existing domain name you already own. Our technical team would either need access to the registrar or you (or a member of your team) would need to change the A-Records to point to our server.

No. No web design experience is needed. Our team will work with to produce the website based on our pre built highly customisable themes.

You can cancel at any time. You must give a 90 day notice period in writing ( via email/letter) before cancelling the agreement. If the agreement is still in the minimum contract period you must pay the outstanding balance in full. The website will be taken down at the end of this period. If you would like to retain the website assuming the outstanding balance has been settled the website and any other bolt on services (such as e-mails) will be signed over to you.

Basic technical support is included with all our packages. This is for typical troubleshooting and technical assistance when it comes to using the website. With the Business Package, customers also get creative support. This is simply where we can update your website with content upon your request.

No. All our prices include VAT. Bolt on packages, additional support and bespoke development options are available but these DO cost extra. These are invoiced and setup separately to the website packages.

There is no direct ability to import your old website into this platform. We can assist you in making sure it’s migrated properly but at the moment there is no option to directly import your old website onto our platform.

No. Unlike other providers we do not put advertising on your website. Besides a referral link in the footer (which you can earn money from if anyone uses it). The only instance we would consider putting advertisements on your website would be upon client request.

No. This is a fully hosted solution. This is so we have complete control over what is stored on our servers and it also means we can link your website up with our support suite.

No, although if you plan on updating and maintaining your website yourself it would certainly help. But our support team will be on hand to assist you should you need it.

We currently estimate the time needed from sign up to live is 3-4 weeks. This takes into consideration time needed to populate the website itself.

There aren’t many limitations in terms of what’s achievable with the platform. However our packages do differ and have some limitations in place (see pricing for details). These restrictions limit disk space usage, website pages, bandwidth usage and the amount of support you get. In order for us to ensure websites stay secure we retain control of updates and plugins installed. You’re not limited by which plugins you can install but a member of our team will install it once we’ve determined it’s secure.

Yes. Each package has a minimum contract length and rolls over until cancelled. For example, the Strat-up Package has a minimum contract length of 12 months and then after the 12 months is up, it rolls over monthly at the agreed package cost. Terms and Conditions can be found here.

Our current service offering is purely websites. However, we do offer an e-mail solution as these are normally linked with hosting. We have plans to offer additional services such as PPC and SEO services in the future as well as developing a trusted partners network who will offer complimentary services which will give even more value to our clients.

Not at this stage. We do have plans on a white-labelled service and are always interested in speaking to anyone who might be interested in this service.
